3 Cups Soymilk
½ Cup Carob Syrup or Rice Syrup
¼ Cup Non-Hydrogenated Margarine
¼ Cup Arrowroot
2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
Chopped Nuts, optional
Combine soymilk and syrup to arrowroot in a medium
saucepan, stirring constantly until smooth.
Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from stove. Mix in melted margarine and
vanilla with electric beater.
Pour into dessert cups and refrigerate
for at least 1 hour before serving.
Add dash of cinnamon and raisins before chilling.
Add sliced fruit like banana, and sprinkle
chopped nuts on top.
