VEGETABLE CHOW MEIN

Ingredients:

1 Medium Onion
2 Stalks Celery
1/2 Cabbage
1 Cup Mung Bean Sprouts
1/2  Cup Water Chestnuts
1 Cup Almonds, Slivered
1/4-1/3 Cup Pure Vegetable Broth
3 Tbsp. Sunflower Oil
2 Tbsp. Tamari Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Arrowroot
Dash Ginger

Directions:

Chop onions and celery.  Shred cabbage.
In a large skillet, sauté the celery, onions and cabbage
in the oil for 5 minutes.
Add vegetable broth, cover and continue to
simmer for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.  Cover and continue to
steam 2-3 minutes more.  Serve with Brown Rice.
Note:  
Can substitute Raw Cashews for the slivered Almonds.
