16 ounces Silken Tofu
2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. Dried Parsley, or a handful of Fresh Parsley
½ Cup Grated
Vegan Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Marinara Sauce


Puree all the ingredients except the Parmesan Cheese
in a food blender.  
Cook over medium heat.  Stir in the cheese; cook until
the cheese is melty.  
Add the
Marinara Sauce, a little at a time, until the
sauce is the consistency you like.  Great over your
favorite pasta.  Sprinkle with
Vegan Parmesan Cheese.
