Waldorf Salad


4 Cortland Apples or Favorite Apples
3 Stalks Celery, Diced
1/3 Cup Walnuts, Chopped
2/3 Cup of
Vegan Mayonnaise
Boston or Romaine Lettuce,
or your Favorite lettuce
2 Tbsp. Grated  
Vegan Parmesan Cheese


Mix all ingredients, except the lettuce,
together in large bowl.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.  Serve over a bed of lettuce.
Serve with
Freshly Baked Rye Bread
or Pumpernickel Bread.
