2-3 Tbsp. Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tbsp. Date Sugar
Egg Replacer to equal 4 Eggs
1 Tbsp.
Non-Hydrogenated Margarine For Pan
1 Cup
Soy Whipped Cream, or Soy Ice Cream,
or Your Favorite Vegan Yogurt


Mix all of the ingredients together with electric beater or
blender, until smooth and thin.
Melt margarine and let pan get hot.
Pour 3 Tbsp. of the batter into the pan, tilting
immediately to spread it across the entire bottom.
When it sets on the top, and is browned on the bottom,
remove it from the pan.
Fill them with vegetables or your favorite fruit filling.
Serve the Vegetable Crepes with
Creamy Mushroom Sauce.
Serve the Fruit Filled Crepes with your favorite
Soy Whipped Cream.
