WHOLE WHEAT MUFFINS
Makes About 12 Muffins
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1 Tbsp. Baking Soda
¼ Cup Melted Non-Hydrogenated Margarine
¼ Cup Carob Syrup or Barley Malt Syrup,
or Rice Syrup, or any other natural sweetener
½ Cup Sunflower Seeds or Walnuts
½ Cup Raisins
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Cup Soymilk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tin
with Non-Hydrogenated Margarine.
Or use paper muffin cup inserts.
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Mix all liquids and then blend together.
Spoon into muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes.
