APPLE CRUNCH
Ingredients:
4 Cups Sliced Apples, peeled or unpeeled
1 Cup Raisins
½ Cup Date Sugar
¾ Cup Rolled Oats
½ Cup Brown Rice Flour, or
¼ Cup Whole Wheat Flour
¼ Cup Non-Hydrogenated Margarine
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the apples and raisins in a large baking pan
or casserole.
Sprinkle the lemon juice, date sugar
and cinnamon on top.
In a separate bowl, combine the oats,
flour and margarine.
Pour on top of the apples.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until top browns.
Serve with Soy Ice Cream, or Soy Whipped Cream
Variation: Substitute pears or peaches for the apples.
