Serves 4


3 Ripe Medium Avocados
1 Medium Tomato
1 Small Onion
1 Stalk Celery
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, or juice from ½ lemon
2 Tbsp.
Vegan Mayonnaise
½ tsp. Granulated Garlic
½ tsp. Tamari Soy Sauce
Large Lettuce Leaves


Peel and mash the avocados.  
Wash and dice tomato, celery, and onion.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.  
Garnish with sunflower seeds.
