½ Cup Cashew Nuts, (Raw)
1 Cup Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs
2 Stalks Celery
1 Large Onion
½ Cup Soymilk
¼ Cup Sunflower Oil
Creamy Mushroom Sauce


Chop the cashews, celery and onion.
Sauté the onions and celery in 2 Tbsp. of the oil, until
the onions begin to brown.
Mix remaining ingredients together in the skillet.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Oil the loaf pan.  Add mixture to pan.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Serve with steamed vegetables and
Creamy Mushroom Sauce.
