ONION DIP
Ingredients:
2 Cups Tofu
1 Small Onion
½ Cup Pure Vegetable Oil
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp. Barley Malt Sweetener
2 tsp. Tamari Soy Sauce
2 tsp. Granulated Garlic
Sprig Parsley
Directions:
Finely chop the onion.
Mix all ingredients together in a blender, until creamy.
Finely chop the parsley.
Sprinkle parsley on top, and chill before serving.
