Makes 1 Pie

Ingredients for Dough:

2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp. Dry Yeast with no preservatives
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp. Carob Syrup
½ Cup Warm Water
Vegan Mozzarella Cheese
Mushroom/Tomato Sauce or Marinara Sauce

Directions for Dough:

Sprinkle yeast over water and let stand for 5 minutes.
Mix with flour, oil and syrup until smooth.
Knead for 5-10 minutes, until dough is firm and elastic.
Roll out on a lightly floured surface, until it fits your
pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

Directions for Pizza:

Spread sauce on the pizza dough.
Use any of the following toppings:
Crumbled Tofu, Vegan Parmesan Cheese,
Vegan Veggie Meat, Pepper Slices,
Vegan Sausage Meat, and or Olives, etc.
Cover with
Vegan Mozzarella Cheese.
Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
