RICE PUDDING
Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 Cup Brown Rice, Cooked
2/3 Cup Ground Date Sugar or ½ Cup Rice Syrup
2 Tbsp. Arrowroot
2½ Cups Soymilk
1 tsp. Cinnamon
¼ tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
½ Cup Raisins
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the rice.
Combine all of the ingredients in a casserole or baking
dish and mix well. Bake for 1 hour, until firm.
